How do I buy? |

Your New Car wants to make it as easy as possible
for you to buy a new vehicle.
Simply call 0870 766 33 11 and we will help you through choosing
the vehicle you want, your part exchange valuation and provide
advice on the different finance packages available. An agreed
deposit is then taken and delivery is arranged. Easy!
Your New Car also recognises that a lot of people like to
browse online, but don’t like to purchase online. To
facilitate this we have provided an email enquiry form which
you can fill in. After you have submitted the form one of
our customer sales advisors will be in touch, usually the
same day (in office hours)

How can I finance my vehicle? |

Your New Car provide a number of flexible, low rate finance packages, allowing you to purchase your new vehicle
with easy, low cost monthly payments. Our expert sales advisors will inform you of the different plans available and taking into account your
personal preferences and circumstances, will advise you which best fits your requirements.
But choice and advice doesn't come at a cost. We have negotiated interest rates which start at ONLY 6.5% APR, this is lower than all major banks.

How does my vehicle get delivered? |

When you buy a vehicle from Your
New Car, we give you the choice of how you receive it. When
your new vehicle is ready either you can collect it or we
can have it delivered, for a small additional charge, to your
home or work anywhere in the UK. If you chose to have it delivered
we will even pick up your part exchange - simple!

What happens after I order my new vehicle? |

Once you have paid your deposit for your new
vehicle you need to sign your order form and post it back
together with any other documentation that may be required.
If buying over the phone the order form will be posted to
you. Any further documentation required will be detailed on
the order form.
Once we receive the order form, your new vehicle will be ordered
and our Customer Service team will keep you informed throughout
the process until your vehicle arrives, and delivery is arranged.

What documentation do I need? |

A. |
Before taking delivery of your new vehicle,
you will need to provide us with the following:
- A signed order form:
If you buy online you can print this off or if buying
over the phone your order form will posted to you
- Your insurance cover note
- Your outstanding payment:
This can be made by credit card (please note a 3% surcharge
is applicable),debit card, bankers draft, telegraphic transfer
or personal cheque (please allow 10 working days for clearance)
In addition, if you are purchasing your new vehicle
using one of our finance packages you will also need to provide:
- A copy of your driving licence (including photocard
if applicable)
- A copy of a utility bill dated within the last 90
days
- Other documentation may be required, subject to status
and terms
